Automation and AI

Let software do the repetitive work

We connect your tools and build assistants that answer, sort and follow up, using software we designed ourselves. Your team keeps the decisions.

The idea

Every business has work that someone repeats every day. That is exactly the work a computer should do, so the person can do the part that needs judgment.

  • Quick replies, always

A customer who writes at ten at night gets an answer in seconds, and a person picks it up in the morning if needed.

  • Nothing falls through

Every form, message and call lands in the right place with the right follow-up, instead of in someone's inbox.

  • People stay in charge

Automation supports your team. You decide what it may do and what it must hand over.

What you get

What we can automate

  • Assistants for WhatsApp and your site

They answer common questions, take details and pass the conversation to a person when needed.

  • Lead follow-up

Every form or message gets a quick reply and lands in your CRM, sorted.

  • Reports that write themselves

Your numbers collected and summarized on a schedule.

  • Connected tools

Forms, CRM, email, spreadsheets and calendars talking to each other.

  • Custom workflows

A process you repeat every week, turned into steps a computer follows.

  • People stay in charge

Assistants support your team; they do not replace it. You decide what they can and cannot do.

How we approach it

Automate the few tasks that save the most and risk the least

The temptation with automation and AI is to do everything at once. We do the opposite. We map the work your team repeats, rank each task by the time it takes and the damage a mistake would do, and begin with tasks that are frequent, clear and low-risk: sorting enquiries, answering the same ten questions, moving data between two tools.

Where a customer is involved, the design matters more than the technology. The assistant says clearly that it is an assistant, answers only from information you approved, and hands over to a person when the question is sensitive, unusual or when the customer asks. We test it with real cases, including awkward ones, before any customer sees it.

Once it runs, we watch. We read samples of the conversations, see where it fell short, and fix the instructions and the information it uses. An assistant that nobody reviews slowly drifts, so reviewing is part of the service.

We use software we designed ourselves, together with established tools and services where they are the better fit. We tell you what is used, where your data goes and who can see it.

How it goes

From idea to a working assistant

  1. We map the work

What you repeat, what takes time, what can go wrong.

  2. We choose what to automate

The few tasks where it saves the most and risks the least.

  3. We build and test

With real cases, before any customer sees it.

  4. We launch small

One channel or one process first, with a person watching.

  5. We watch and improve

We review conversations and results and adjust.

Tell us what takes your team's time. We will tell you what we would automate first.

Is it for you?

This is a good fit if

  • Your team answers the same questions all day

An assistant can take the routine and hand over the rest.

  • Leads wait too long for a reply

Speed of response often decides who wins the customer.

  • Your tools do not talk to each other

People copy data between systems by hand.

FAQ

Automation questions

What people ask before automating.

Will an assistant replace my team?

No. It takes the repetitive questions and tasks so your team can spend time on conversations and decisions that need a person.

What if it answers wrongly?

We limit what it can say, test it with real cases and set clear handoff to a person. We also review its conversations and correct it.

Is my customers' data safe?

We use only what the assistant needs, keep data in accounts you own and tell you what is stored and where.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you automate. After a short call we send a written proposal.

Will customers know they are talking to an assistant?

Yes. We make it clear that it is an assistant and give an easy way to reach a person.

Which channels can it work on?

Commonly WhatsApp, your website chat and email. We check what your customers already use and start there.

Can it work in English and Spanish?

Yes. It answers in the language the customer writes in, using information you approved in both.

Do you use ChatGPT or another service?

We choose the models and tools that fit each job and tell you which ones. Your information is not used to train public models unless you agree.

Is this the same as Trunoz?

No. This is a service for your business. Trunoz is our own software for running agency work, and it is separate.

What can't be automated?

Decisions that need judgment, sensitive conversations and anything where a mistake would be costly. We say so, and keep a person in that loop.

What would you stop doing by hand?

Tell us what takes your team's time. We'll reply with a clear plan and a price.
