Remarketing

Bring back the people who almost bought

Most visitors leave without acting, and many of them were interested. Remarketing reminds them, answers their doubts and gives them a reason to return, without following them around the internet.

Why it pays

People rarely decide on the first visit. A gentle reminder, at the right time and with the right message, is often what turns interest into action.

  • A warm audience

These people already know you. Reaching them costs less than reaching strangers, and they convert more often.

  • The message can be specific

Someone who saw a product needs something different from someone who read a blog post. We write for each.

  • Restraint matters

Too many reminders annoy. We limit how often people see ads and stop when they buy.

What you get

How we run remarketing

  • Audiences by behavior

Visitors who viewed a product, started checkout, read a key page or watched a video.

  • Messages for each moment

A reminder for a cart, an answer for a doubt, an offer for someone who compared.

  • Frequency limits and exclusions

We cap how often people see ads and exclude customers who already bought.

  • Ads and emails together

Remarketing on the networks you choose, and follow-up email for those who left an address.

  • Privacy and consent

Set up with the consent your visitors' location requires, and a clear privacy policy.

  • Reports on return

What reminders brought back, in sales and leads, not impressions.

Our approach

Be useful, not persistent

Everyone has felt chased by an ad for something they already bought. We avoid that. We exclude customers, cap frequency and end each audience after a sensible time, so that remarketing feels like a helpful nudge and not like a stalker.

We start with the moments of highest intent: people who added to cart, started a form or looked at pricing. Those get the most attention and the most specific message. Broader audiences, such as people who read an article, get softer messages that offer something useful.

We vary the message by what the person saw. A reminder with the product they looked at, a reassurance about shipping or returns, a short testimonial that you can really show, or an invitation to book a call. Each reaches a different kind of doubt.

We set it up with privacy in mind. Depending on where your visitors live, you may need their consent before tracking for ads, and we set up what the rules require and tell you to confirm legal points with a lawyer.

How it goes

From visits to returns

  1. Check tracking and consent

Make sure visits are measured and the right consent is in place.

  2. Define the audiences

By behavior, with exclusions for those who already acted.

  3. Write the messages

One for each moment and doubt, approved by you.

  4. Launch with limits

Frequency caps and time windows from the start.

  5. Measure and refine

Report returns and sales, and adjust audiences and messages.

Tell us what visitors do on your site before they leave. We will tell you who we would bring back first.

FAQ

Remarketing questions

What people ask before remarketing.

What is the difference between remarketing and retargeting?

In practice, they mean the same: showing ads or messages to people who already visited your site or interacted with you. Remarketing is sometimes used for email as well.

Is it creepy?

It can be, when done badly. We limit frequency, exclude customers and write messages that are useful. If an ad would feel invasive to you, we do not run it.

Do I need cookie consent?

In many places, yes, before tracking for advertising. We set up what the rules require, and a lawyer should confirm your specific obligations.

How much traffic do I need?

Audiences need a minimum size on each platform. If your traffic is small, we start with broader audiences or other channels.

How much should I spend?

Remarketing audiences are small, so budgets are often modest. We suggest a starting amount and adjust.

How long until I see results?

Often within weeks, since the audience already knows you. We set expectations in the proposal.

Which platforms can you use?

Search and display networks, social networks and video, depending on where your visitors are. We recommend the ones that fit.

Can you remarket by email?

Yes, for people who left an address. We also set up cart and follow-up emails.

Who owns the accounts?

You do. We recommend accounts in your name, with us as managers.

Can you guarantee more sales?

No. Results depend on your offer, site and audience. We promise careful setup, restraint and honest reports.
